My new problem is that I can not get to the J drive from home. I followed the instructions under FAQ's but I get an error message stating - file invalid or something like that. Has anyone had this and how do you fix it?  I tried the help desk but they do not support this problem.

... because the J-drive is under the control of the Business School the campus help unfortunately does not support it.
If you are using Vista, please note that there are special instructions for Vista ... and it is of course more complicated than with XP ...

Also, make sure that you firewall is not blocking the connection. With Norton and other security tools you can temporarily (for some minutes) disable the firewall during the setup process.
